Choose a vehicle category from 10 classes. Each class has the allowed number of passengers, luggage, and cost for the entire vehicle. Orders can be placed in any of four ways: call 8-800-250-1717 (calls within Russia are free); fill out a request form and pay through the processing site; send a request to e-mail info@albatroc.com; order a call-back: an operator will call you back to accept your request.

After selecting the desired service, route and category of the car, as well as information about the customer, click "Pay for order". You will then be redirected to the Payture processing center page to work in secure mode, where you will fill in the required fields for payment.

We work with VISA and Mastercard payment systems.

Payment may fail if you made a mistake when entering the card details or the amount required for payment is not enough on your card. If you have problems with the payment, you can also contact our operator service.

You will receive an itinerary voucher describing the information of the reservation with an individual number to your e-mail address specified during booking. Your cell phone will receive a text message confirming the acceptance of the order and the number of the itinerary voucher.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer from your checking account:

  • you need to enter into a service agreement with us;
  • request an invoice for payment and pay for the service;
  • If you have a one-time trip, download details you can use your checking account and pay for the one-time service.

To place an order for a third party, specify the name and surname, e-mail and cell phone of the passenger for whom you are placing the order. In the "Note" specify your cell phone, last name and first name.

If you book a round trip and a return trip on the same day, we offer you the service of waiting for the car at the point of arrival. The cost of the return trip will be less from 50 to 100%.

The information that you specify when paying is confidential and will not be disclosed. This data is transmitted exclusively to the bank in encrypted form through a secure channel. We do not store your plastic card data in our database or on the website.

Cancelling or changing an order

Order conditions (cancellation, postponement to another time or date, creation of additional conditions, etc.) can be changed at any time while keeping the cost of the order, except for urgent replacement of one category of vehicles by another.

Cancellation of an order without penalty is carried out according to the rules set out in «The Offer».
The time until which you can cancel your order without penalty is shown on your itinerary voucher. After the specified time, a penalty will be charged in the amount of the value of this order.
If a flight is cancelled, cancellation and refund will be made without penalty.

You can use one trip and cancel the second one. Cancellation without penalty is carried out according to the rules set out in «The Offer».
The time until which you can cancel your order without penalty is shown on your itinerary voucher. After the specified time, a penalty will be charged in the amount of the value of this order.

Funds intended for payment for the booked services and paid through the processing site are not immediately removed from your card, but only blocked. If the cancellation occurred on time, the funds intended for payment are unblocked and returned to the customer to the same card without any penalties.

Meeting, trip, recommendations

Our driver will meet you with a sign with your name or company on it near the train, in the hotel lobby, at the airport terminal in the gate or baggage claim area. If the driver for some reason did not find you, he will definitely call you on the cell phone specified in the order.

The passenger is notified in advance via SMS, e-mail or by phone about the make of the car, the driver's name and his phone number. The driver has full information about the transfer and the passenger, arrives 5 minutes before the appointed time and waits for the passenger with a sign with the passenger's name or company written on it by the train car or at the airport terminal in the baggage claim area.

Rental with driver – service of transportation of the Customer with hourly billing of the time of use of the vehicle without identifying signs of belonging to a cab. It is provided within the locality specified in the order. The minimum rental time for cars is specified on the website.
